Zagreb Queer on April 23-30

The last edition of the festival will include theatre, dance, film and visual art performances by artists from Africa, Asia, North and South America and Europe.

Also held will be a conference called "Ends of beginnings – beginnings of the ends: policies of emancipations of sexual and gender minorities in the Balkans, Caucasus and the Arab World".

Queer Zagreb is an international multimedia festival, which examines the social norms in the transitional society through art, theory and activism. One of the largest festivals of its kind in the region, specifically covers "queer" identity through the prism of art, dance, music and film.
