Spancirfest festival of good emotions starts in Varazdin
The 14th festival of good emotions Spancirfest started in the northern Croatian city of Varazdin on Friday.in Varazdin, to be held from August 24 until September 2.
The festival, which will close on 2 September, will be officially opened with a fireworks at 2100 hours.
Croatian President Ivo Josipovic is expected to visit the event this evening.
